Before I was a nanny agency owner, I was first a nanny. Nannying transformed my life, and I witnessed firsthand how the love and care of an excellent nanny can transform a child’s life. 

For me, nannying was never just a job, it was a joy. The children I cared for held a huge place in my heart and still do today. I became a part of the family and those families became an integral part of my life. 

When it came time for me to transition out of my last long-term nannying position, I spent time helping the family find their next caregiver. I quickly found that it was difficult to hire a nanny, let alone a nanny that I felt would love and care for the children with the same passion and enthusiasm that I did. I quickly knew I wanted to streamline this process for families so your children never have to go without quality care.
